percentage rent, supervise account receivable and payable, process daily/monthly invoice, CAM reconciliation, send monthly and yearly financial
report to property owners, collect rent from tenants and income from other sources, send letters to tenants, process 3 day pay or quit notice,
schedule water meter, electric meter assessment, prepare monthly and yearly financial report for property owners.
